Many people wonder why I like to do the first session in this way. The initial health consultation is a terrific and meaningful way for you to check me out and see if I can help you, and for me it's provides an opportunity to assess if I have something to offer you. It's a mutually rewarding interaction that gives you a chance to try my services for free and to sign up for a session or program if you want.

So What is Free Initial Health Consult?

 These are a rare and meaningful opportunity. Each consultation requires an hour and a half, allowing for an in-depth, personal conversation about your health and life. Consulations can be in-person, or by phone. If you are in and around Fort Collins, Colorado, I recommend the in-person consult.

In my opinion, and after seeing countless health practitioners over the years when I had a chronic illness, I recognize these sessions to be invaluable to people. They are an opportunity that are rare to find. I have personally consulted with nearly one hundred clients and have found people to truly appreciate this service.

During the consultation, we sit down for an in-depth hour and a half and discuss your health, diet, life concerns and goals. During this time, I listen intently, offer support, provide insight, and make connections, but mostly, I support you where you are and help you by providing direction on how to move forward. These conversations are deeply personal, informative, and fun.

An initial consult is for you if:

* you need help with your diet, meal planning, and making healthier habits

* you are struggling with: stress, sleep, digestion, energy, cravings, weight, and want to get healthier

* you're curious about health and nutrition coaching and not sure if it's right for you
