Here's what The Best Diet Program entails
This diet is actually more of a way of eating and living than a diet. And it's a program and way of eating that is personalized and tailored to your personality and your lifestyle. Not only will you will learn how to change the way you eat so that you're eating the best diet for the planet, but you'll understand why it's a better way.
On this program, you'll be eating a plant-based, whole foods diet, a mix of raw and cooked food, with an emphasis on organic and local. You will benefit from reducing your sugar, caffeine, alcohol, and heavily reduce or eliminate processed and white flour foods. If you struggle with food addictions, this will be considered and the process of reduction will be done gently.
This diet is not about deprivation, but about joy and sacred eating. In the process of dietary change, we will work together to increase the better foods and slowly remove or reduce the unhealthy ones. You will also learn about the benefits of raw, sprouted, and fermented foods and experiment with Superfoods. You will learn the energy-inducing benefits of juicing and making smoothies, and even delve into food psychology, appreciating the "how" of eating, the attitude/energy behind eating and how this applies to your eating.
Working with Gretchen will not only be a health improving experience, but it will awaken your soul in new ways, because what you'll be doing will be bigger than you. Some of you will certainly wonder how I can make such bold claims about this being the best diet! And, that's understandable. So let me put your mind at ease and address some of your concerns. So let's address each of the claims made about this diet.
How is this diet the best diet for the planet?
Any plant-based diet is the most sustainable diet in terms of resource use, land-use, impact on farmers, emissions and global warming. And the more the local the diet, the more true all of these claims are.
How is it the healthiest diet?

A plant based diet is an anti-cruel diet because it doesn’t support factory farming or the killing of 40 billion of animals/year for cheap meat and models to others how such choices can make a difference.
